We are looking for Regional Sales Manager to join our office in Mumbai.
Candidate should have a very strong technology sales foundation.
Job Description and Responsibilities :
- The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for managing the sales and account management functions.
The day to day job responsibilities include:
- Building sales pipeline in chosen segments.
- Working on sales opportunities from start to closure.
- Handling first level solution presentations.
- Developing relationships in target accounts.
- Ongoing account management of existing clients
- Ensuring revenue target achievement from the given territory.
- The Sales Manager is expected to develop business in the given territory as an independent owner, constantly approaching avenues for building new business revenue.
- Gather and keep track of Competition by Research and market intelligence
Mandatory :
- 6 - 8 years of exp. of software application sales out of which 2 -3 years- in CRM/ERP sales products like CRM, ERP, Core banking or any such high involvement products.
- Any degree from a university / college of repute. BE / MBA preferable.
- A verifiable track record in consistent sales target achievement.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal Negotiation, Account Management, Solution Selling, goal oriented.
- Ability to develop and manage relationship at - C- level executive.
- Experience in customer presentations, solution discussions and demonstrations of solutions.
