Purpose Of Job:
Customer Care + Supply Chain
The Manager Customer Care will be responsible for the day to day activities of the Customer Care Team, in particular the maintenance of the escalation process and the consistency of internal processes, to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and correctness of commercial transactions. Also to take ownership and manage the operational metrics and proactively train and coach for continuous improvement and team satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversees manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, materials, procurement, logistics, production control translating the company's strategic plans and objectives into tactical and functional plans to drive resource deployment.
- Handles and resolves customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and take ownership of the operational use of SERVAS quality system.
- Reviews performance of third party service providers & vendors, works closely with Logistics Manager.
- Manages shipping efforts between various manufacturing, warehousing facilities and third party suppliers.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationship with internal cross-functional teams and external customers.
- Assure compliance of company policies and regulation in conducting and validating the commercial transactions.
- Complete commercial related knowledge and expertise
- Complete knowledge of foreign trade rules and regulations for import and export commercial and logistical transactions.
- Thorough local logistical knowledge and ability to implement

- Cost controlling aspects towards business needs
- Knowledge of governmental policies and business transactional taxation (Foreign Exchange & Customs)
- Project support by way of taxation/logistical guidance
- Organize and execute daily tasks to provide an efficient and quality service to the customers.
- Responsible for the escalation process for system and resource problems, unusual customer requirements and emergency situations.
- Determine and set task priority and develop contingency plans in case of abnormal business or system situations.
Education: MBA
Required Work Experience:
- SAP SD Module is must for this role.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages will be a qualified plus.
- Meetings and call conferences will require a good written and verbal communication skill.
- Capability to prepare and conduct lectures and presentations to a diversified audience is essential.
- To provide support to our internal and external customers
- To maintain a professional attitude and business skills and show a good understanding of the processes in place.
- Able to travel domestic & international
- Must be able to build good relationship within the team.
- Able to work under pressure and can perform well at the same time.
- One must be knowledgeable in computer system SAP SD Module and operations.
- Must know how to manage time and prioritize his own tasks and other people's tasks.
- Should be able to communicate well with associates and customers.
- Must always be accurate in gathering data.
