Position : Customer Care Executive
Brief of Role :
- To respond effectively to consumer inquiries and complaints (calls, emails, white mail and social care) within agreed time frames
- To provide world class consumer care to support world class brands
- To ensure consumer’s requirements and expectations are fully met at all times.
- To meet consumers’ expectations across the range of products, whilst maintaining awareness of productivity, quality and service levels at all times.
- Provide admin support to the Indian management team
Looking For :
- Experience in FMCG consumer relation is essential, preferably with the food industry
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Confident telephone manner, including good communication and listening skills
