Team lead - candidate with alteast 8-10 years of individual experience who has managed HNI customer in individual role for atleast for the last 3-5 years in customer service - especially with HNI and target oriented collection; banking, services, products, real estate( premium brands) etc

Job Description:

will be responsible for collection of dues as per the report; prepare related MIS ;raise timely demand letter based on work completion ; interact with customers in ensuring their modification / or any other trans needs are taken care with TAT;
