3. Exposure to asset business in a bank / FI
4. Advanced user of analytic tools (SAS strongly preferred, R / Python added preference)
5. Prior team management experience preferred
- Lead Customer / Marketing Analytics initiatives to drive revenue growth across business lines of FICC
- Proactively assess information/data landscape internally and externally to help facilitate book growth and partner with technology to help assimilate any incremental data into analytics databases
- Describe the KPIs against each perspective
- Perspective Key Performance Indicators
- Business - Drive analytics initiatives to support revenue growth initiatives across products by partnering with product and policy teams
- Drive product penetration through x-sell, up-sell and retention management on existing customer base. Develop propensity/response models as needed to increase campaign effectiveness
- Devise strategies for new book customer expansion
- Monitor campaigns and devise strategies to plug leakages to increase campaign efficiency
- Jointly work with business and risk counterparts to develop lifetime profitability view on customer segments and devise strategies for profitable book growth
- Devise appropriate strategies for Branch expansion
- Partner with technology to drive incremental data capture efforts from internal and external sources to help drive business growth
