Conducting customer analytics, go-to-market strategies, pricing analytics, marketing analytics.
Support the customer, commercial and revenue implications during a transaction to realize improved returns by minimizing customer disruption and identifying and unlocking value through improvements in go-to-market strategy, commercial operating model, and optimization of the commercial functions (sales, service, marketing).
- Build relationships with the client's offices across the globe, and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices.
- Developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value
- Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A graduate or post graduate degree (MBA) with 8-11 years of related work experience in customer analytics and pricing/marketing/sales analytics, marketing campaign
- Suitable consulting/ corp. experience
- Experience in Go-to-market approaches, route to market strategy, sales force effectiveness, Pricing, designing and executing marketing campaigns, building
Commercial operating model.
- Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A
- Ability to determine risks and opportunity areas
- Skill to synthesize approaches to complex carve-out and integration conflicts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well versed with MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
- Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirement
