Utilize strong online marketing analytics and web analytics experience to:
- Understand various digital marketing channels and effectively measure the impact and summarize with clear recommendations for the business to act on
- Create dashboards by pulling data from different sources and websites for presentations to Senior Management and Marketing teams
- Create ad hoc reports quantify the impact of development and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners such as agencies and vendors to assist with data collection, reporting and campaign tagging (Acquisitions Team, Partner Marketing Team, CRM Campaign Manager, Social Media Manager, Rapp, IT teams, Product teams)
- Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy across multiple 'listening posts' (websites, surveys, testing, CRM systems, market research, etc).
- Create, refine and document web analytics processes such as campaign tagging, data classification and dashboard creation.
- 2 years overall experience in web marketing, with 3 years in a large eCommerce company,Omniture Click Stream analysis tools, and Google Analytics
- 2 years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and MVT testing, competitive analysis, surveys or customer experience tools.
- Experience of balancing priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrates the ability to understand, assimilate and articulate divers and complex data sources
- Digital and or multi-channel analysis experience.
- Interpreting data and explaining the results of analysis to internal customers
