Job Description

As a part of Customer Data management capability, this position will provide a platform to work in strategic and tactical initiatives across various industries. Customer Data Management capability provides its services to clients across the globe and helps them with their enterprise wide business challenges in the area of data management.

Position & Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

Experience of SAS/ Java programming in a data intense environment;

Experience in requirements gathering and design for Reports, Data base Structure, BI Setup, and Implementation etc.

Data modeling experience - Logical & physical models (Functional / Technical)

Hands on designing, building and executing reporting platform a Customer data solution to handle

Data Mining using SQL, SAS etc.

Data Cleansing (Manual as and when required)

Good in Number Crunching and Report formatting

Understanding about database structure and query optimization

Knowledge of any BI Tool like Tableau, Qlikview, Spotfire etc.

Experience in SDLC and Production Support should have handled Code Deployment, Scheduling, Troubleshooting, Release Planning and Management

Experience in SAS programming in a data intense environment is mandatory

Preferred to have experience in BI/DW architecture and implementation

Good to have Financial Services/Communication/Product industry experience

Exposure to Customer analytics

Exposure to project planning & estimation skills, but strong team management, tracking & status reporting experience
