Customer Analyst/Google Looker Expert - Market Research Firm

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Collect and analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

Insight Generation: Convert data into actionable insights that drive strategic and tactical decisions.

Communication: Present findings and recommendations to CS and/or clients in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.

Insights and Recommendation: Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to clients based on data insights.

Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives around data insights to help clients understand complex concepts and drive action.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and analytical techniques to continuously enhance the quality of insights provided.

Qualifications

- Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in a data and analytics role.

- Hands-on experience with Looker (not Looker Studio)

- Hands-on experience using SQL, Python and PowerBI/Tableau

- Has a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics).

- Adept in presentation and communication skills.
