Customer Acquisition Manager - International Supply Chain

Job Role:

1. B2B client acquisition, evaluation, and servicing for repeat business.

2. Acquiring new relationships by regular follow-up/meetings with target clients and offering them value-added services to induce conversions.

3. Engage with clients to assess the product need and prepare first level credit assessments for consumption of senior management.

4. Responsible for revenue generation by establishing and developing profitable client relationships.

5. Credit Monitoring by way of ensuring compliance.

6. Market research to target the right set of customers depending on the organization's roadmap.

7. Must have Experience in Cross Border Selling and handled large volume of Ticket Size.

8. Positioned business growth through Go-to-Market planning, pipeline generation, financial performance, and revenue generation

9. Leading account-specific marketing planning aligned to business and account strategies, industry and sector focus areas, client growth opportunities

10. Target various ecosystem like OEM 'S | Exhibitions| Industry Association| Customer Agent | Port Authorities

11. Drive Strategy to achieve lead generation and growth market

12. Identify relevant ecosystem in consultation with commodity Expert & Expert & another senior member

13. Thorough monitoring of Buyers & transactions & report early warning Signal & suggest Appropriate Suggestion

14. Negotiate terms of the relationship with the buyer

15. Able to understand Customer Business needs & well-versed in our positioning competitive advantage.

Skills / Qualification:

1. 12 to 15 years of sales or business development experience.

2. Knowledge of Fintech Business/ Commodities Market / NBFC will be added advantage.

3. Experience in Trade Finance is highly preferable.

4. Highly experienced in strategic planning, implementation of strategies to increase sales and the bottom-line profit, business unit development and identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities in the market space, along with an ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals to perform at their optimum capabilities.

5. Successfully led B2B Sales, Marketing & Business teams

6. MBA / B.E
