Job Title : Customer Account Manager
Job objective: Responsible for achieving revenue targets and increasing the company's customer share of assigned strategic customer.
Key Requirements
Supply Chain Management: (Service Management)
- Designing, Planning and implementing supply chain (Warehousing and distribution) for the customer.
- Defining various SLA's and ensuring adherence to same.
- Developing and monitoring various MIS reports
- Send MIS reports to the customer as per Customer Specifications
- Handling and resolving service issues in consultation with customers and Operations team
- Follow ups with internal Branches for daily sales reports.
- Process mapping and compliance on SFDC for productivity measurement
Customer Relation:
- Liaise with customers on a regular basis to identify their crucial and urgent requirements.
- Respond to customer mails within the prescribed TAT.
- Escalate cases when required.
Financial:
- Achieve Revenue and PBT targets from assigned strategic customer
- Responsible to continually increase Key Account Revenue share for FSC from assigned strategic customer.
- Continuously look to for fresh opportunity to engage with the customer with the aim to fortify and increase switching barrier.
Collections:
- Ensure Timely and accurate billing.
- Ensure timely collections.
- Follow ups for the payment of disputed cases.
- Timely and accurate customer contract management.
