Designation: Custody Product manager - Escrow

Experience: Should be at least a Post Graduate with about 7 years relevant experience across spheres in capital markets.

Location : Mumbai

Job Role:

- Thorough understanding of the requirements and operations of the various investor classes as previously stated.

- Creating integrated service offerings that entail forming cooperative alliances amongst different enterprises

- Knowledge of the banking regulations for takeovers, mergers, and other uses of escrow products.

- Introducing modifications to current product lines as a result of new, simplified, or altered business offers, among other reasons.

- A deep market network connecting merchant banks and providers of securities services.

- Participation in initiatives and offerings enhancements related to technology participation in high-level process modifications from the viewpoints of the client, the law, and regulations.
