Job Summary - Manager, Marketing and Communications

Location: Gurugram
Roles & responsibilities:
- Serve as lead writer/editor for all C&W generated (long and short form) content.
- Read and convert technical data into consumable content for social media audience
- Devise social media and content marketing campaigns with the intent of acquiring customers and potential leads for business
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast)
- Conceptualize and manage social ad campaigns or promotions with clear objectives
- Execution of all campaigns including planning & coordination with various internal teams
- Ideate and help execute unique campaigns that accelerate brand awareness in its target markets while remaining cost-effective
- Ensure that creative assets are produced on time, in the right formats, and displayed on time across various channels to reach our target audience
- Work closely with the creative team to develop image, content, features, promos, and landing pages within the website to drive product sales
- Video production and editing
- Ability to condense research reports into press releases, will be an added plus
- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns
- Plan strategy for social media campaigns and execute them. Use analytics tools to gauge effectiveness and outcome of the social media campaigns.
- Drive an editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timed marketing campaigns
- Create & manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to them on time & with care
- Analyse key metrics and tweak strategies as needed
- Be accountable for the results your content is generating, and be nimble in applying learnings
- Spot story ideas within a company, conduct interviews, and write stories and blogs based on them
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting on social media
Requirements:
This is a fixed term role for a limited period
- Bachelor's or Master's in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
- 5 years- experience in marketing and communications
- Good understanding of business and marketing
- A flair for business writing in English, and a sharp eye for editing
- Rich experience in using digital for B2B marketing and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter etc for business needs.
- Experience in B2B content marketing is an added plus
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure work situation
- Self-driven to set & achieve goals
