The startup enables students to follow a comprehensive curriculum and seek help from industry experts without facing any geological barrier.

- The founders of the startup are the alumnus of acclaimed institutes like IIT Delhi and Stanford University with experience of working in Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India.

- As Curriculum Manager, you will be responsible for building the world class computer science curriculum for K12 students.

What you will do:

- Understanding the scope of computer science subject for the K12 students and developing a detailed curriculum plan

- Implementing the right pedagogy style in conducting the live classes for the students

- Creating the content design practices and guidelines for the team in improving the content quality

- Reviewing, guiding and training a team of content associates in the content or projects/activities creation process

- Working with the team closely in meeting the deadlines and resolving any roadblocks or constraints

- Setting the right metrics and standards to measure the team performance and overall content quality

- Assessing the student feedback and developing an action plan to guide the content associates on the next steps

- Engaging and interacting with different stakeholders like teachers, student experience, sales, tech team etc., and streamlining the processes

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Overall experience of 4 - 6 years

- 2+ years of experience in team handling

- Experienced in K12 segment in teaching or content development

- Preferably from computer science background but not a must

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Highly research oriented

- Entrepreneurial and able to think on your feet to come up with ways to solve problems.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 14,00,000 to 18,00,000
