- As Sales Manager, You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, increasing market share, ensuring organisational objectives are aligned, and engaging and motivating Sales Executives and Area Managers on their performance against goals.
- To guarantee that everyone is performing as expected, you will need to establish a strong team via hands-on mentorship and coaching. The position would also include on-the-job product and process training for sales executives.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the and scale up the sales team to meet the larger market opportunity
- Own the onboarding and training of new doctors for curelink in your area
- Track and own the performance of the sales team
- Visit clinics to conduct audit and solve for operational gaps
- Own and drive key operational metrics end to end and achieve performance targets
- Continuously work towards identifying gaps and provide recommendations for improving our processes
- Driving key sales strategy components
- Owning and managing end to end sales cycle from lead prospecting to closure
- Ensuring 100% discipline to CRM and reporting
Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years of work experience in the healthtech domain
- Manage Team Administration and expense planning, execution and drive customer engagement initiatives
- Engage with multiple stakeholders internally across product, marketing and tech teams
