Looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with background in volume hiring ideally from retail, hospitality or wellness background
1. Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings across various functions and locations in India/outside India- as per business requirements
2. Strategising on sourcing: Talent Acquisition (both campus and lateral hiring)
3. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
4. Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
5. Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
6. Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
7. Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire/time-to-hire/cost per hre
8. Data Driven and process oriented
Experience/Skill :
- Should have 10 years+ of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in managing a recruitment team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates).
- Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
- Interpersonal and motivational skills; you should be capable of building relationships across the organisation.
- Increasing talent sourcing within an organisation by improving direct hiring
- Analytical and capable of reading data and reports to assess complex information
- Influencing employees at all levels to support your decisions and proposed plans
- MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
