CureFit - Head - Warehouse

We're looking for a Warehousing Head who'll be responsible for efficient management of 6 warehouses, managed by the company. Major responsibilities will evolve around:

A) Capacity planning

B) Day-to day, operations management of warehouses

C) Warehousing performance management & SLA improvement

D) Ongoing cost optimization

E) Training & guiding Warehousing resources

Responsibilities :

- Ensure smooth operations and day to day management of warehouses

- Develop warehouse strategy and take related decisions/ activities ownership

- Design and execute initiatives to Improve warehousing KPIs

- Train and guide warehouse managers/ supervisors on company's supply chain strategy & direction; coordinate with Wh managers in maintaining inventory and records

- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes

- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)

- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)

- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

- Understand key drivers of Supply Chain from demand and supply side

- Build input driven scientific plan/forecast for supply chain & monitor key supply chain metrics

- Innovate new ways of working to improve forecasts & optimize supply chain cost, reliability & speed.

- Work with large teams to bring consensus and finalize planning numbers with all functional stakeholder

- Continuously track specific resource and space requirements based on agreed plans with stakeholders

- Build planning configurations in tech products to ensure smooth supply chain execution

- Understand product interactions & drive business use case led improvements with product Analytics

- Proficient in problem solving involving warehouse data sets & optimization

- Produce trends and charts for performance monitoring & control on daily, weekly, monthly basis

- Ability to build sustainable models around supply chain planning KPIs using agile philosophy Required

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong operational experience of managing warehouses

- Strong problem solving, communication skills & team work

- Knowledge of supply strategies, supply planning, supply chain operations, inventory planning, and demand forecasting

- Graduate or Post-Graduate in any field
