- Excellent Business development and Team management skills
- Must be familiar with BD process across companies and know how to work with HR and procurement functions
- Proven ability to effectively manage members, create impact with varied team
- Great know how of working with digital products and product/tech teams.
- Experience of handling an P&L and working end to end with Financials
- Added advantage would be to have go-to market knowledge (Product Phase to End Selling)
- Must possess great passion to succeed in an environment of managing multiple internal stakeholders
- Must be result-oriented and analytical, should be able to talk numbers with deep insights
- Must possess an entrepreneurial disposition and take ownership
- Outstanding Interpersonal skills with a confident, pleasant and friendly attitude are key
- Ready to travel when the need arises and pursue extensive external relations
- Passionate individuals eager to learn and deliver, background of Sports/Fitness could be an added benefit
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary focus on the sale of products and services to probable clients in India
- Manage a team of focused Sales Folks to drive the revenue numbers month on month
- Work extensive with multiple internal stakeholders - Finance, Legal, Growth, Marketing & Product / Tech
- Responsible to go to market of multiple new products based on market requirements
