CureFit - Assisted Growth Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Driving growth & revenue for 'Assisted Growth' across business verticals

2. Will work closely with central growth, business & ops teams to formulate growth strategy & drive Assisted Growth

3. Owning key P&L metrics and working to hold them together by aligning with key folks within Assisted Growth & the firm

4. Lead end-to-end growth planning, cost analysis and execution for upcoming projects

5. Root cause analysis for unhealthy trends, unexpected metrics etc.

6. Provide Analytics firepower for consumer campaigns and problem solving by designing

dashboards

7. Building and maintaining frameworks for critical business metrics / reports and data quality

8. Working closely with the business/product teams to enable data driven decision making.

9. Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders & steer group towards common objective/goal

10. Ability to strategically plan for the future, but also have hands on approach

Qualifications

1. Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute

2. 2+ Years of experience in relevant role

Must have:

Expertise in SQL, Excel, and Python. Should have worked as Business Associate Analyst in Growth or Product role

Good to have:

1. Understanding of distributed technologies like Presto or Hive or Redshift etc and experience in data modelling and data warehouse concepts.

2. Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics is preferred
