DEI and Culture Head
- As the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Culture, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing organization-wide DEI strategies and initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various business units and senior leaders to drive cultural change and promote inclusive practices. A key aspect of this position is ensuring that DEI initiatives are integrated into the organization's core priorities.
- This role will also involve identifying opportunities to create a more inclusive environment through targeted learning interventions, workshops, policy modifications, and governance mechanisms.
- You will act as a support and subject matter expert for HR partners, the hiring team, and other HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure seamless implementation of DEI agendas across various touchpoints.
- Key work streams will include learning and development, retention and engagement, hiring, governance and analytics, and managing DEI-specific programs.
- Additionally, you will play a vital role in shaping and strengthening the organization's culture and implementing initiatives to support employees' physical and mental well-being.
