Job Responsibilities(JR) : Actionable
- Culture Interventions - Drive the Culture intervention across the Bank as agreed
- Design and Implement PAN Bank communication plan
- Measure and track progress
- Employee Engagement - Drive VOICE - organization wide engagement survey for the Bank
- Manage the implementation of the survey
- Project Manage the action Planning process for the Regionals and centrally
- Design and Implement on key initiatives towards improving engagements Centrally
- Listening Environment - Build Listening Infrastructure at different frequency
- Annual, Qtrly/ Monthly etc, Real; Time Polling
- Design and implement standardized process for communicating the feedback
- Design and Drive interventions centrally based on the feedback
- Employee Communication - Drive employee communication and design campaigns for Key TM-OE-NI interventions
- Build external and internal partners towards continuously improving the quality of communication
