About the role:
- Will be responsible for driving business operations across multiple services - own business design, process setup, operational metrics, customer experience metrics and drive best practices.
- Will be responsible to drive external stakeholders and enable third party partnerships to assist with multiple aspects of the program.
- Will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as product and tech teams, medical experts, operations team, to execute and deliver key operational / system processes impacting business metrics.
- Owner of all costs and associated processes across all active service lines.
- Help scale up growth for the business through innovative solutions and help achieve business revenue and cost targets.
- Manage & drive timely execution of all initiatives across people, process and technology functions.
- Institutionalize digital / cutting edge features and drive strong product change management across all products and tools enabling best in class user / consumer experience.
What are we looking for:
- Tier 1 college MBA graduates with 0-1+ years of experience or tier 1 undergraduate with 2+ years of experience;
- Prior work experience in category management, operations or customer experience design functions in a fast paced startup environment.
- Individuals with passion about healthcare and changing the face of it in India
- Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
- Love for problem solving & impact orientation
- Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely deliverables
- Understanding of people operations, strong analytical mind, customer obsession and working with multiple stakeholders to drive impactful change.
