- The Lead HRBP will drive the people agenda for our geographically dispersed network of Trainers and Center Managers working at Group Classes and Gyms.
- This role is responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and contributing to the overall operational success of our fitness centers.
- By supporting employee engagement, professional development, and workforce planning, the Lead HRBP will play a key role in creating a high-performance culture that enhances both employee well-being and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business goals, driving performance and employee engagement.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR- related issues, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving employee concerns including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and investigations.
Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to management on performance improvement plans and employee development.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on performance management best practices.
Payroll Processing:
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages, benefits, and deductions.
- Manage payroll-related queries and issues from employees and managers. Collaborate with payroll / finance team to address payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies; conduct investigations when necessary.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize HR metrics to assess trends, identify issues, and provide actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Change Management:
- Support organizational change initiatives and help manage the human side of change effectively. Manage employee communications related to HR initiatives and changes.
- Provide support and guidance to employees during periods of change.
