- Management and execution of business operational activities (Payroll, Rewards, Townhalls, Working with HRIS for data and analysis work)

- Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment for employees across levels
- Action planning on business focus areas based on org specific surveys
- Onboarding an Exit management of employees
- Performance management
- Support rewards and recognitions (annual, quarterly and spot)
- Support business and hiring team with talent management
- Manage HR and Exit interviews
- Business and HR induction/orientation facilitation and management
- Partner with business leaders and other support functions (IT/ Admin/TA/L&D/External vendors) to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
- Ensuring adherence to the statutory compliances
- Regular employee connects and pulse check
- Program and event management
- End to end Operational activities around onboarding and documentation of new hires
