Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability within the cluster.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage costs, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to store/branch/franchise staff, fostering a high-performing team environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Business Development & Growth :
- Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for your assigned cluster.
- Foster strong relationships with local communities and businesses to identify growth opportunities.
- Set and exceed sales targets for your cluster.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of localized marketing campaigns.
Leadership & Communication:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to your team, motivating them to achieve their full potential.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate business objectives and performance expectations to your team.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on operational and sales performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within a retail, franchise, or similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and achieving operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and inventory management.
- Experience in business development and sales execution at a local level is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
