You will be part of the expansion team at Cult.
Cult has been the fastest growing fitness chain in the country, and has 600+ centre footprint pan-India.
The plan is to set up another 400+ centres across various offerings in the country over the next year.
The Expansion Business Development Manager will be responsible for onboarding potential partners for 2P/FOFO (Franchise Owned & Operated) centre expansion across top tier-1 and few tier-2 cities.
Key responsibilities:
- Scale the franchise expansion of the city by onboarding new partners for the city.
- Own the city revenue targets and forecast solid pipeline to conversion.
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads through cold calling and drive them to closure.
- Outbound lead generation by exploring multiple channels like city campaigns, events, gym walk-ins.
- Build business models tailored specific to the partner/market.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement and improve the P&L.
- Develop a deep understanding of every micro-market within the city with detailed market research.
- Travel to meet partners as per requirement.

- Updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competition.
- Goal oriented with a growth mindset.
- Proficient in CRM tools & Microsoft office suite.
Qualifications:
- Top tier management/engineering/commerce background with minimum 2 years up to 6 years of experience in BD.
- Experience in fast growing startups/BD roles will be an added plus.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales profile.
