Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement data-driven brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities.
- Define and manage the brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints (online, offline, marketing materials).
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Develop and execute creative and engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Brand Measurement & Growth:
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics (brand awareness, brand sentiment, market share) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities for the brand.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure brand consistency across all departments.
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate brand strategy and campaign ideas to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management or a similar marketing role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies (e. , analytics platforms, marketing automation) is a plus
