Cultfit - Associate Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Program Manager to join our Real Estate Team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Program Management, and possess a strong ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Real Estate team to drive key initiatives, streamline operations, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and identify areas for improvement across real estate operations and business development processes.

- Contribute to business model management (BMM) improvements, scale-up strategies, and drive new business development initiatives.

- Take ownership of key central initiatives that cater to REW team needs and ensure timely execution.

- Plan, test, and scale new pilots or initiatives to enhance operations and business growth within the real estate sector.

- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly delivery of projects and key performance metrics.

- Efficiently manage multiple priorities, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in Program Management, or related positions.

- Strong understanding of real estate operations, business development,

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
