Cuemath's mission is to reveal this beauty of mathematics to young school students thus helping them develop a holistic understanding of mathematics and mathematical thinking.  We are looking for people who share our vision, are passionate about mathematics education and have the potential to become thought leaders in the field.  Job Summary:  The Manager - Business Development is responsible for acquiring partners by studying market demand and density and devising plans for lead generation and increasing partner base through various channels. It also involves providing continuous support to the partners and helping growth of centres. In practice this requires a unique mix of analytical and interpersonal skills; an ability to use our data to quickly understand trends in supply. Highly refined people skills, as well as toughness, persistence, and grit, are required to ensure delivery as per our quality standards. This is an intense, business-side startup role which has a clear and direct, impact on the growth of our business.   Key Responsibilities  - Owning the assigned cluster's P&L.  - Analytically studying the market and understanding the trends in supply.  - Executing interventions and planning events for lead generation and conversion..   - Identifying and partnering with agencies for conducting BTL activities.   - Mapping demand potential for societies / areas / clusters  - Helping these centres grow with the allocated budget and helping in acquisition of new students and retention of the existing student base.  - Ensuring continuous and consistent centre growth rate  - Providing continuous support and guidance to all teachers through calls, messages, mails and on the field.   Skills we are looking for:  We are looking for a dynamic personality with an ability to work in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment.
