Cuemath's mission is to reveal this beauty of mathematics to young school students thus helping them develop a holistic understanding of mathematics and mathematical thinking.  We are looking for people who share our vision, are passionate about mathematics education and have the potential to become thought leaders in the field.  Job Summary  The Business Development Manager has the job to strategize and create execution plan to generate supply (Teachers) in a particular geography and the same time will be responsible for thinking innovative ways to generate demand for the freshly created supply.  Key Responsibilities  Supply:  1) Mapping demand potential (student:teacher) for societies / areas / clusters  2) Acquiring teachers offline/online by assessing density of teachers in different areas.  3) Executing interventions and planning events for teacher lead generation and direct teacher recruitment.  4) Ensuring that enough buy-in is created in the prospective teacher's mind to partner with us and run the Cuemath program from her home.  Demand:  1) Thinking of novel ways to generate demand for the supply  2) Empowering the teachers and building an extremely strong teacher community  3) Ensuring teacher-driven student growth and handle all support related issues of the teacher community - CTPs, Mentors, Sr. Mentors  4) Identifying potential mentors, senior mentors (optional) and intervention experts to build a strong teacher hierarchy.  5) Orienting the mentors with their roles and responsibilities and helping them run the network properly.  6) Reviewing performance of mentors and senior mentors on a continuous basis and find a replacement if needed using the review process.  7) Establishing communication with the mentor network using various channels - offline/online and identifying training needs of teachers  Experience Required: 2-4 years of Marketing/Business development/Operations experience  Qualifications: Preferably Engineering graduates (PG will be an added advantage)  Skills Required:  1) Strong communication, networking and persuasion capabilities  2) Data driven problem solving attitude  3) In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events  4) Sales Planning, Prospecting and Territory management skills.  5) Go-getter with a positive attitude and the ability to think outside the box.  6) Prior experience with start-ups highly desirable
