Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate who can head performance marketing with a stronghold in Google Adwords(SEM, GDN) and Facebook Ad manager. You will not only be strategizing but also be executing with the team. You should have shown prior accomplishment in the field of performance marketing. Majority of the role will be to keep optimizing current channels and look out for more channels to scale and reduce the overall cost per lead to meet the business objectives.
Job Scope:
- In-depth experience in running campaigns and excelling in Google Adwords(GDN, SEM) and Facebook Ad Manager.
- Conceptualize ad campaigns with landing page design.
- Responsible to execute, strategize and manage all the relevant paid marketing channels available.
- Develop A/B test landing pages, messaging and multiple user experiences.
- Lead a team to meet business objectives from paid marketing.
- Provide effective guidance of business plans and forecasts.
- Develop rapport with city team stakeholders and understand city needs/goals, strategy, and success metrics.
- Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willing to contribute by collaborating with different teams.
Required Skills :
- Candidate should be extremely good with numbers with problem solving aptitude. You should have the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- 2+ Experience in Google Adwords and Facebook Ad manager is a must.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, & Advanced Excel)
- Experience handling and forecasting marketing budgets.
Qualification & Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing performance/paid marketing.
- Graduation from Tier 1 college, MBA from Tier 1 or 2 college
