Cubical Laboratories - Business Development - Startup - IIM/XLRI/FMS/IIT/BITS

We are Cubical Laboratories, a start-up in home automation space, currently based out of Dwarka, Delhi. We're looking for passionate people and Marketing Enthusiasts.

Job Discretion :

Business Development :

- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.

- Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.

- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.

Qualification & Requirements :

- Management Graduate from IIMs/XLRI/FMS/Top Business School

- Engineering Graduate from IITs/BITs/DTU

- 0-2 years of experience in sales

- Good communication skills - both verbal and written

- High level of initiative and working independently

- Self-starter and self-motivated

- Good relationship and networking skills
