Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager with a pleasing personality to join our dynamic team at CUBE an innovative IT product company. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's success by effectively managing all aspects of human resources, with a strong emphasis on compliances, policies, employee retention, and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR practices in the technology industry and a proven track record of driving organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance and Policy Management:

- Stay current with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's HR policies and practices remain compliant.

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company goals, promote fairness, and create a positive work environment.

- Conduct regular audits to assess the company's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, making necessary adjustments as needed.

2. Employee Recruitment:

- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

- Foster a diverse and inclusive workforce by implementing strategies to attract candidates from various backgrounds.

3. Employee Retention and Engagement:

- Design and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

- Analyze turnover trends and create strategies to address any issues, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience.

- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and implement necessary improvements.

4. Onboarding and Training:

- Develop and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture and their roles.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate the implementation of training programs.

5. Performance Management:

- Work with managers to establish and maintain a performance management system that aligns with company objectives.

- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.

6. Employee Relations:

- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.

- Promote a positive and respectful work environment by mediating conflicts and resolving issues.

7. Compensation and Benefits:

- Collaborate with finance and leadership to design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.

- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

8. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR activities, compliance status, and employee engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (4+ years) in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within the IT or technology industry.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Pleasing personality with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
