Cube Highways is a Singapore based company investing in highways and transportation assets. Shareholders of Cube Highways are leading investors consisting of I Squared Capital, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, International Finance Corporation, and a consortium of Japanese investors including Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport and Urban Development, East Nippon Expressway Company Ltd and Japan Expressway Company International Ltd.

Role :

The Investor Relations department, is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with strong financial modelling, analytical and communication skills.

Duties and accountabilities:

- Building and maintaining financial models for existing portfolio of assets for monthly / quarterly and year end valuation exercise

- Preparing for Board Meetings, monthly / quarterly progress reports shared with Investors

- Maintaining relationships in the analyst and investor community to ensure a consistent and compelling messaging of the group's value proposition

- Handling various shareholder/ investor queries

Qualifications & Attributes :

- Bachelor's or PG or equivalent degree from Tier-A institutes with specialization in finance / business / commerce. (Other graduates/postgraduates can apply if experience criteria is met)

- Experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance (1 - 3 years) organization with proven track record. Preferred sector focus: infrastructure

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgement to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Demonstrated teamwork skills

- Strong work ethic with openness to feedback and new ideas
