Job Summary:.
- Ctruh is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Head Real Estate Sales with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in successfully onboarding Cat A builders and developers in the real estate sector.
- This is a leadership role where you will drive supply-side growth, formulate and execute sales strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Lead and manage the supply-side sales team with a focus on onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies specifically targeting metro cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges in onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with the corporate sales team to ensure seamless integration of supply and demand.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to the leadership team.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, market conditions, and evolving customer needs.
Qualifications:.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven track record with at least 5 years of successful experience in onboarding CAT A builders and developers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
