We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager (PPC) to lead our performance marketing efforts and help scale our brand.

Job Description:

- As a Digital Marketing Manager (PPC) / Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our PPC campaigns across various digital channels.


- You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to achieve growth and acquisition goals, driving traffic, conversions, and revenue through paid search and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

- Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure KPIs and ROAS targets are met. Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance.

- Keyword & Audience Research: Identify target keywords, audiences, and demographic segments to maximize campaign reach and efficiency.

- Budget Management: Manage the budget for all paid campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending while maximizing results.

- Analytics & Reporting: Regularly provide performance reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Use data-driven decision-making to refine strategies.

- Collaborative Work: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to align campaign goals with broader marketing objectives.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest PPC and digital advertising trends and best practices.

Requirements:

- Experience: 4 or 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in PPC and performance marketing.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and proficiency with A/B testing.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
