15+ years of experience in development, product management and development leadership positions

Successfully managed an engineering team through a rapidly growing business

In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum

Experience managing the development and delivery of B2B SaaS product including delivering and understanding usage data to help drive growth, and understanding and managing churn

Customer centric - delivering excellence in customer experience and value

Strong knowledge of SaaS platform

Technology Guru or Mentor

Enjoy hacking, coding and solving challenging problems

An affinity for and a belief that strong UX/UI design is critical

Strong technical project management skills

Ability to work with PM, sales to translate customer needs into product requirements

Computer Science or equivalent education
