CTO/Vice President - Engineering - Product Startup - IIT/NIT

- The role is to lead the teachnology and product development landscape of the organization. Looking for seasoned technology professionals who have hands-on product development experience involving large scale, along with ability to manage and grow the technology team. The role reports into the Founders and involves business interfacing.

Client Details

Our client is a leading B2B platform in the agri & fintech industry, offering fintech solutions to make the whole ecosystem more liquid. The Founding team comes from a diversified background, they have extensive experience in Agri-tech and Fintech space. Backed by Omidyar Network, Omnivore, Sequoia, etc, they are looking to scale and diversify their offerings, and hence looking for a seasoned technology leader (8+ years at least) to drive and own the same. They are now spreadh across 200+ districts in the country.

Description

- Establish the technical vision and drive technological development of the organization

- Guide the team in design, architecture and platform choices with strong focus on quality, speed, stability and scalability of the platform

- Mentor and manage the skilled team of technology professionals

- Work in collaboration with various stakeholders to diversify and drive business

- Grow the team as required with skilled individuals

Profile

- B.E/B.Tech or MS in Computer Science from a Top-tier institute

- At least 8+ years of experience building B2C products, involving large scale

- Fintech, agri-tech or logistics industry experience is a must have requirement

- Self-driven and motivated individual

- Good leadership experience
