About Us:

We are a fast growing enterprise accelerator started by the co-founder of India's largest private equity fund. Our team has been responsible for or has had significant participation in some of India's most successful start-ups / investments. Our young and passionate team includes Harvard/IIM graduates and successful start-up founders. We are currently working on several big ideas in technology, big data, services, and products domain. We are looking for a full-time Technical Head to lead product development and build a strong technical team under him/her. We are looking for someone to join us in this exciting journey of building large game-changing businesses.

We are looking for someone with/who:

- Excellent project management skills to plan and monitor progress throughout all the stages in product lifecycle; experience in setting up best practices for design and coding

- Experience in building/scaling technology platform for product/services business; sound knowledge of hosting, databases and web development

- Can strategize, conceptualize, and build scalable architecture; development, test and feedback implementation to improvise consistently; build and manage partnerships and external relationships

- Can create technology standards, practices and ensure adherence; set short-term goals for improvisations within existing system, build alternative systems to achieve long term objectives

- Has in-depth knowledge and hands on experience in leading web and mobile technologies (Java, PHP, Python, Django, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, Android, iOS)

- Lead engineering and product development, product delivery management as per the set timelines; ensure the team produces efficient, maintainable high quality code

- Continuous improvements for software development processes, practices and standards to enhance quality, productivity and innovation

- Loves working in entrepreneurial and start-up culture

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech from IIT/NIT or top engineering college
