CTO/Tech Lead - Startup

About Us:

We are a start-up in the area of on-line consumer services. Our product is unique and we have generated good interest from investors; further the product is well scalable and is presently in a development stage. We will have products in both the mobile and web domains. The start-up has been founded by the entrepreneurs who have studied at the best technical and management universities in India.

Profile/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic Tech Lead having hands-on quality and diverse experience in the technology domain (must have experience of PHP and its frameworks). The person will build the tech team and shall expand the same as the company grows. The person should be willing to roll up his sleeves and dive into code.

General Skills/ Experience:

- Start-up experience (preferably as Tech lead) shall be preferred

- Self-starter with dynamic personality and seeking a professional challenge

- Experience in building front end consumer applications

- Strong analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities

- Work Experience (3-10 years) preferred but not a bar for well deserving candidates

Technical Skills/Qualifications:

- Must be an excellent PHP coder and comfortable with its frameworks (candidates may send us the link of their portfolio in their resume)

- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Hands-on full-stack development experience

- Strong technologist with an ability to align technical design to meet the business vision

- Experience with Mobile applications preferred

Remuneration: A combination of fixed salary (as per Industry Standards) and Equity Shares of Company
