CTO for transforming a Tech Digital/Ecommerce start up, BE/BTech/MTech from top notch institutes

Qualifications:

- 10 to 20 years in Software development, driving technology with strong exposure to Open source and mobile technologies.

- Fundamental understanding of web-based systems programming and development.

- B Tech/Mtech/MS(Computer) from reputed institutions (IIT,NIT,BITs etc)

Technologies: Mobile technologies (Android/IOS), Python, Java, LAMP technologies,SQL server

Responsibilities:

- Work in the leadership role, collaboratively with development managers, team, lead architect, to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation, including both brand product and supporting systems [CRM, ERP, Analysis tool, et all.] .

- Make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks; drive key decisions across projects.

- Leading technology planning by providing input into strategic planning and asset creation processes. Identify emerging information technologies to be analyzed, assimilated and integrated within the organization.

- Manage Risk management, resource planning, allocation and organizational capacity planning.

- Manage Software Development project prioritization, activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
