- He will be responsible for technology strategy, setting priorities, managing resources and assuring on-time delivery.

- Conducts research to improve the technological assets of a company.

- He will provide he teams with direction and vision. Further, he will motivate his team members to perform, provide them with feedback and coaching, recognize and develop their strengths.

- He and his team are in charge of the daily operations and development of the B2B platform. Therefore, he has to ensure a flawless 24/7 availability of the systems, investigate incidents, solve problems and oversee several projects, timelines and releases.

- In difficult or urgent situations he will support his team hands on by providing guidance, knowledge and support.

- He will enjoy high visibility in this role, as he will be significantly responsible for the company's success, will also act as a sparring partner to the global general management and interact with different stakeholders within the company.

- Amazon Web Services (AWS)/cloud infrastructure

- Agile Scrum methodology

- Mobile app development
