CTO - MarTech

Looking to hire a CTO Martech in Bangalore for a leading Digital Marketing company in Bangalore.

Key Experience Areas:

- Tech implementation of Marketing Automation Platforms

- Marketing Data, Segmentation, Personalization

- Media Planning Tools

- Integration of Martech platform with web/app/Ecom

- Overall strategy, product selection in Martech Space

- Drive technology solutions by leveraging big data and AI/machine learning for marketing automation

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Industry Experience: IT Services/ Captives (Telecom preferred but not mandatory)

- Function: Marketing Automation Tools like SFMC, CDP, Adobe Analytics, etc

- Years of Experience: 15years +

- Education: B.Tech Engineering

- Technology acumen: Hands on Architect (Should not be a pure play delivery manager)

- Web Analytics, A/B Testing, Marketing Analytics

- Understanding on Digital Marketing

- Deep knowledge of Martech ecosystem, SaaS products in this Space

Candidate requirement:

- This would be the technology arm of the organization

- Candidate should have experience in implementation of technology (adobe analysis, salesforce marketing cloud)

- Candidate should come from IT service / captives background

- should have done campaign management, CRM.

- This role require to cater to 28 countries digital marketing need at leadership role and need to be strategic in nature.
