CTO/Director/COE - Windows Programs

- Responsible for managing a highly technical team of architects, database specialists, and SCM staff focused on product development.

- This position will lead the design effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- This position's role is to manage the technology specialists to create innovative solutions to real market problems.

- He or she will work closely with Enterprise Architect, Agile Directors, Software Architects, and software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.

Experience :

- Requires a 10 years experience in writing Windows programs using java, J2ee, C++, C#, with C# strongly in technology

- Experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum. Prior experience managing technical teams is required.
