CSR Associate - Consulting Firm

We are looking to hire CSR Associate for our office located in Mumbai.

Job Description:

1. Lead and develop business for and deliver assignments in Sustainability and ESG Advisory.

2. Develop ESG advisory projects with support from conception through delivery to client, including identifying strategic direction of the work and directing team members in project-related tasks.

3. Advise clients through multifaceted consulting engagements with a broad array of our clients to develop ESG vision and strategies, perform analysis and research and engage client's internal and external stakeholders.

4. Manage day-to-day project execution, including project planning, tracking budget, scope, and internal resources and communicating project progress to team members and firm leadership.

5. Serve as a point of contact to some of our diverse portfolio of substantial and well-regarded clients, continue to identify new business opportunities with the firm's existing clients and new clients.

6. Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality, visually compelling, and actionable deliverables.

7. Also, for Corporates, manage and run their CSR programmes through our own Foundation.

8. Lead and conduct Monitoring & Evaluation assignments, including social audits and SROI studies.

9. Conduct Sustainability reporting / BRSR reporting for clients

10. Assistance in Assurance of Sustainability Reporting.

11. CSR & Sustainability communications for clients

Skills / Qualification / Experience Required -

1. An inquisitive mind and a strong passion for Sustainability and ESG issues

2. Certification / diploma in ESG / Sustainability reporting preferred

3. Relevant professional experience of 5+ years in consulting only with an ESG / CSR focus

4. Keep track of latest developments (regulatory, policy, corporate interventions, technology etc.) in the sustainability domain

5. Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously; lead project teams, track progress and communicate status to leadership regularly; resolve challenges and roadblocks and manage to project scope and budget.

6. Excellent communication, presentation skills

7. Demonstrated strength in planning and executing work assignments to tight deadlines, Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, with a positive, "can do" attitude.
