Designation: Manager CSD (Provisioning, plan migration and on boarding)

Job location: Kolkata

Salary: 12.5 lacs( Max cap)

Job description:

- CEF receiving and document validation

- CRM data entry, account creation & scanning in DMS

- Number selection and reserve

- Physical Verification - AVCV of postpaid

- CEF set & documents - Indexing and warehousing

- Vendor / Partner Management

- Coordination with Circles for TAT maintenance

- Pre Bill Reconciliation before 1st Bill

- HLR Vs. Kenan Reconciliation

- Error free Activations / Audits Mechanism to check the same
