CSB Bank - Wholesale Banking Operations Manager

Job Description :

- To ensure real time error free processing of FIG Customer's instructions with effective and efficient monitoring of Sanction Terms in the case of asset clients and ensuring compliance with various Regulatory guidelines while opening and operating various liability products as part of the Financial Institutions Group

- Client Servicing and Operations related to WSB- FIG clients

- Co-ordination with clients for all mandatory documents and original requests etc.

- Co-ordination with Exchanges like NSE/BSE/MCX and Depositories as required.

- Pledging and Un-pledging of Securities with DP like SHCIL etc.

- Maintaining of Pledge Master Reports of clients and their respective files

- Calculation and Monitoring of Drawing Power(DP) as per Sanction

- Daily Monitoring of DP and Latest Trade price/ dates from NSE /BSE site for respective securities pledged with us .

- Ensuring adherence to Regulator norms with regard to all IPOs, FDIs etc.

- Follow TAT for Pledging and Un-Pledging, Release of funds.

- Overdrafts, Bank Guarantee limit set up, opening of escrow accounts etc.

- Empaneled with NSCCL for submitting FDRs issued as collateral in electronic form (EFDR)

- Issue of Bank Guarantees to Stock and Commodity brokers in favor of Exchanges.

- DP Services to brokers.

- Coordinate with Central Operations team for account opening.

- Coordination with various internal departments for timely documentation, limit set up, Auditor's query resolution etc. and ensure compliance with sanction terms.

- Any other tasks assigned by the bank.
