Type of Experience - industry

1. Exposure in handling Financial Institutions including Capital Markets- assets & liabilities relationship

2. Deep knowledge, sound understanding and experience of payments, domestic trade finance, treasury products and solutions and proven track record of marketing such products and services

3. Strong knowledge of compliance and regulations (RBI, SEBI etc.)

Sourcing

- Develop and enhance broad business relationship with FIs such as NBFCs, AMCs, ARCs, Insurance Companies

- Conduct market study and prepare market maps to streamline sourcing

- Cold-call on potential clients and constantly track their demand for banking requirements

- Conduct market visits and promote Bank's various products to prospective customers

- Participate in product promotion events organized in partnership with key industry stake holders

- Respond to loan requests received through external channels

- Understanding client requirements & providing appropriate credit or Non-credit solutions

- Prepare and evaluate credit appraisal note for clients and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities

- Make presentations to sanctioning committee and prepare periodic internal ratings of the clients

- Provide superior service to enhance relationship value in existing clients

- Monitoring stress in portfolio client accounts

- Interaction with foreign and domestic institution for clearing and custody services Pre and Post disbursement

- Coordinate with the customer for necessary documentation

- Coordinate with Credit Admin team for completing compliance checks before disbursement of credit facilities granted

- Coordinate with Central Operations team for account opening

- Monitoring of the account post disbursal

- Ensure compliance with sanction terms

Product

- Assist Product Team in new product launches by conducting market studies

- Conduct marketing activities to promote new products launched

- Any other tasks assigned by the bank
