I along with Griffin Pegasus Holdings Limited, backed by some aviation professionals in US, Africa and India are working towards winning a bid for an airport in Spain capable of taking on an A380 as well. WOW- Isn't aviation a glamorous sector-

Yes, what is the our plan:

1. Build an MRO facility, which would primarily cater to African carriers, currently they opt for MROs in EU & are not treated well as they are 'African carriers'.

2. Make this a hub for low cost carriers from US, Africa, Middle East & Indian subcontinent for long haul flights. This would have to be done by getting 2 or 3 key low cost carriers from each region to sign code-share agreements between carriers from other region. This airport would become transit hub for change-over.

3. Make this a preferred parking airport for corporate, private and cargo aircrafts.

4. Develop an infrastructure around - hospitals, universities, etc.

Who do we need-

1. People who think can make this happen.

2. Capability required: Confidence or exposure in fund raising, partnerships, government relations, community engagement, aviation, airport operations, strategy or business development.

3. People with exposure to Africa or EU would be of significant interest.

4. Willing to work 24/7 and across the world. Cochin, Hyderabad, Doha, Bahrain, Spain, Nigeria, Egypt or Somalia - could be your probable work locations.

5. Willing to see the bigger vision - value of ESOPs versus cash in hand.
