Job Profile :

The position will be based at Raipur.

The Incumbent will be responsible for managing the Sales business in the defined geography which covers but does not limit the scope of job :

- To set budgets/targets for the Team and ensuring business targets are achieved

- Planning and implementing Sales strategies for deeper penetration in the market

- To drive performance, develop and retain front line Sales Team

- To strengthen relationship with key Customers/ Gynecologist on a regular basis to enhance business

- Responsible for giving presentation to the clients, counseling expecting mothers and their families and ensured that team achieves their target

- Responsible for grievance management of the team in consultation with respective functional in charge/ SPOC

- Responsible for maintaining and timely reporting of MIS / other daily reports about leads generated, self-fixed presentation, CRM presentation and doctor calls

- Retention of the team and support in hiring

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Strong fundamentals of Sales & distribution in B2B /Concept Selling Business

- Familiar with working in matrix reporting environment

- Pleasing personality and good communication skills.

- Excellent ability to interact with internal and external customers

- High achievement motivation and perseverance

- Excellent Presentation skill.
